The YWCA of Lubbock holds an annual Women of Excellence award celebration to honor outstanding women in our community. This year’s celebration was virtual, and they asked Stellar Media to produce a polished program for them.
This project had many moving parts. First, we needed to capture interviews with each of this year’s award winners. Then, there were sponsor segments and award winner introductions to film. Our team also had to film b-roll and other creative elements for other various segments. The various b-roll was shot over the course of many months! This was a long-term project.
Finally, we had to condense what is normally a two hour event down to fit the single hour time slot to fit the requirements of KTTZ. We have delivered to TV many times in our years of experience. So, this was not an issue.
When we had finished all the shooting and editing, we delivered a finished product we were proud of to the YWCA of Lubbock. The program included storytelling elements, calls-to-action, as well as promotional aspects too.
